First of the 1997 interviews in this site is April 1997 Mojo with Andrew Eldritch, in which he shortly and to-the-pointly goes over most important topics at the time -- the Good Friday gig failure, state of the band, upcoming tour and what's he doing while his Sisters responsibilities take bare minimum of his time.
Virgin Net interview (May 1997)
Just before the start of the tour Internet crowd got the this with Andrew Eldritch (to my knowledge, it wasn't used anywhere outside their webpage). The interview was conducted via e-mail and Andrew's answers were presented to the readers mostly unedited, just as he sent it to Virgin Net (some words were "cut on advice of Virgin Net lawyer"). This, and quality of Andrew's writ, resulted in very good and subsequently quite famous interview.
Several months later
Virgin Net removed the interview,
making it totally unavailable neither commercially nor for free -- until
the official Sisters site
showed up with that same text in it.
